These User Terms include the general terms of use of the www.heyniri.co website and the general rules and legal responsibilities that the Users must comply with. By using this site and filling out the form containing your personal information, you declare that you have accepted these User Terms. www.heyniri.co reserves the right to change the content of these User Terms at any time.

Usage and Safety Rules
The site www.heyniri.co is free to use. However, in some cases, the site management may prevent the member from using the site and reserves the right to take legal action against the person or persons who take the following actions:

1.4. The use of software that endanger the security of the site, that may prevent it, and that allow unauthorised access to the personal information stored in the site, carrying out activities, trying to be done, taking, deleting, changing all kinds of information without permission.

1.5. Having more than one account owned by a member.

Responsibilities
3.1. The information of the users (visit time, time, pages viewed) is followed in order to serve them better. This information, adhering to the terms of privacy, advertising, etc. in order to expand and improve the content. It can be shared with the companies we cooperate with.

3.2. After completing the sections required for registration and confirming the e-mail address, the user can use this site by entering his e-mail address and password, provided that he complies with the conditions specified in this contract.

The user accepts that he/she will be deemed to have accepted all the provisions of these user terms from the moment he/she starts to benefit from the services of this site. The user agrees to indemnify www.heyniri.co for any damages incurred due to the violation of its obligations under this contract. www.heyniri.co has the right of recourse to the User for any compensation and/or administrative/judicial fines that the User may have to pay to public institutions and/or third parties due to the User's breach of contract.

Rights and Obligations of www.heyniri.co
4.1. www.heyniri.co accepts and undertakes that the user duly registered on www.heyniri.co will benefit from the contracted services, excluding technical failures. In the event that any electronic sabotage, attempt to interfere with the earnings of the user is detected and/or it is determined that it causes a cyber attack that will prevent the www.heyniri.co site from working, a criminal complaint is filed against the user by the official authorities or an official investigation is requested, www.heyniri.co has the right to search and disclose the identity information of the relevant member.

4.2. www.heyniri.co may make unilateral changes to these user terms without any notice, in order to ensure the continuity of the services it undertakes. In case of any change, www.heyniri.co will publish the current terms of use on its website with a new date update under the same link, and will notify its users by e-mail if necessary. The renewed current terms of use will be effective from the moment they are published on www.heyniri.co and the use of this site or its services will be subject to the renewed terms of use from that moment on.

Membership of a member who has sent materials contrary to the provisions of this agreement to www.heyniri.co may be terminated unilaterally by www.heyniri.co without any notice.

Enforcement of User Terms
The User is deemed to have agreed to comply with the User Terms from the moment he/she completes and approves the registration form or receives any service or order using this system.

Competent Court and Dispute Resolution
Istanbul Courts and Enforcement Offices are authorised to resolve disputes that may arise from the implementation of this contract.

Notification Addresses
7.1. The e-mail address that the user reports to www.heyniri.co is considered the e-mail address from which the legal address will be requested for any notification regarding this contract.

7.2. Unless the parties notify the other party in writing of changes in their existing e-mail addresses within 3 (three) days, they agree that requests to the old e-mail address will be valid and will be deemed to have been made to them.

7.3. www.heyniri.co Any notification to be made by the User to the registered e-mail address shall be deemed to reach the user 1 (one) day after the e-mail is sent to the e-mail address of the User.

The user declares and undertakes that he has read, understood and accepted all of the articles in these Terms of Use.
